Redefyn InteriorZ is a premium interior design company specializing in residential interior solutions across Bangalore. We're looking for ambitious and target-driven Business Development Executives who want to build a career in sales while earning attractive performance-based incentives.

Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive, you'll be responsible for generating and converting qualified leads, building relationships with potential clients, and helping homeowners choose our interior design services.

This role begins with a 4-month performance-based probation period with an attractive commission structure. High performers who consistently achieve monthly targets will be offered a full time position.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify potential customer leads.
- Connect with homeowners through calls, WhatsApp, and online platforms.
- Understand client requirements and schedule consultations.
- Follow up with prospects until closure.
- Maintain accurate lead records and daily updates.
- Work closely with the sales and operations team.

Eligibility

- Excellent communication skills (English/Hindi).
- Confident in speaking with customers.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Laptop, smartphone, and stable internet connection.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.

Compensation StructurePhase 1: Performance-Based (First 4 Months)

- Fixed Salary: No fixed salary during the initial 4-month performance period.
- Commission: ₹5,000 for every successfully closed lead.




- Unlimited earning potential based on performance.

Phase 2: Full-Time Employment

Candidates who consistently achieve their assigned monthly targets during the 4-month performance period may be promoted to a full-time Business Development Executive role.

Salary Package:

- ₹2.5 LPA – ₹3 LPA (CTC)
- Continued performance incentives as per company policy.

Performance Evaluation

Your performance will be reviewed monthly based on:

- Target achievement
- Lead quality
- Conversion performance
- Professional conduct
- Consistency and reporting

Candidates who consistently meet expectations will be considered for full-time employment.

Employment Terms

- The first four months will be considered a performance-based evaluation period.
- Full-time employment is not guaranteed and depends on consistent target achievement and overall performance.
- Redefyn InteriorZ reserves the right to discontinue the engagement during or after the evaluation period if performance expectations, reporting standards, or professional conduct are not met.
- Selected candidates must maintain confidentiality regarding company and client information.
