Job Description & Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day activities and smooth operations of the assigned hospital floor.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, patients, attendants, housekeeping, and other departments.
- Assist patients and attendants with queries, room/bed-related coordination, and hospital services.
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, maintenance, and overall floor environment.
- Coordinate admissions, transfers, discharges, and other patient-related requirements.
- Ensure timely resolution and escalation of patient/attendant complaints.
- Maintain proper documentation and prepare daily floor reports.
- Follow hospital SOPs, quality standards, and safety protocols.




- Monitor availability of required supplies and report shortages to the concerned department.
- Support the nursing and administration teams for smooth patient care and service delivery.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline; Hospital Management / Healthcare Administration preferred.
- 1–4 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare environment preferred.
- Good communication, coordination, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Presentable, patient-friendly, and able to work in shifts.
