About Us:

BrightWay Projects & Spaces is a growing project management and interior execution firm committed to delivering high quality residential and commercial spaces. We specialize in Project Management Consultancy and turnkey interior execution. We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our execution team.

Job Overview:

As a Project Coordinator, you will be the primary bridge between design plans, site execution teams, subcontractors, and clients. You will be ensuring that interior projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Supervision & Execution: Supervise daily site progress for carpentry, painting, civil, electrical, plumbing, and false ceiling works to ensure alignment with approved drawings.

Drawing & Spec Verification: Read and interpret 2D layouts, working drawings, and material specifications, ensuring zero execution errors on-site.

Vendor & Subcontractor Management: Coordinate with site supervisors, carpenters, painters, fabricators, and material vendors to maintain work schedules and quality standards.

Material & Inventory Tracking: Track material requirements on-site, verify deliveries against orders, and prevent material wastage.

Quality Control: Conducting regular quality checks for finishing works (e.g., paint coats, edge banding, alignment, hardware fittings).





Reporting & Client Interaction: Maintain daily/weekly site progress logs, share photo updates, and assist in client site visits and progress reviews.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related technical field.

Experience: 0–5 years of hands-on experience in interior project execution or site coordination.

Skills:

Ability to read and understand 2D AutoCAD civil/interior execution drawings.

Strong working knowledge of interior materials.

Proficiency in basic software tools (WhatsApp, Google Sheets).

Must-Haves:

Valid driver’s license and personal two-wheeler for regular site visits.

Good communication and conflict-resolution skills.
