Job Title: HR Recruiter

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

Job Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, sourcing qualified candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring managers in selecting the right talent.

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist qualified applicants.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases.
- Support onboarding and hiring documentation as needed.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs.




- Prepare and post job descriptions on job boards and social media.

Requirements

- Degree
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of hiring practices and interview coordination.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with CRM, MS Office,Excel, and online hiring platforms.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with bulk hiring or IT/non-IT recruitment.
- Strong negotiation and candidate relationship skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR processes.
