About the Role:

WeCredit is looking for an Associate – Strategic Partnerships to help build and manage partnerships across the lending ecosystem.

We are looking for candidates with experience in FinTech, NBFC, BFSI, or digital businesses, preferably in partnerships or business development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and connect with potential Banks, NBFCs, and lending partners.
- Support partner discussions, negotiations, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential partners.
- Find new partnership and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with Product, Operations, Legal, and Compliance teams for partner onboarding.
- Follow up with partners and ensure smooth execution of partnerships.

What We're Looking For:

- 1–3 years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development,



or a similar role.
- Experience in FinTech, NBFC, BFSI, or digital businesses.
- Experience working with Banks, NBFCs, or lending partners is preferred.
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable with outreach, meetings, and business discussions.
- Self-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
