We are looking for a confident and well-spoken Founder’s Associate with experience in the medical/healthcare field. The candidate will work closely with the Founder and support business development, hospital visits, doctor meetings, presentations, and market expansion activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with the Founder on business and strategic initiatives.
- Visit hospitals and meet doctors, hospital management, and healthcare professionals.
- Promote the company’s products/services to hospitals and doctors.
- Conduct presentations and product/service demonstrations.
- Build and maintain relationships with doctors and healthcare institutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Conduct market research and gather healthcare market information.
- Manage follow-ups with hospitals, doctors, and potential clients.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and business updates.
- Travel as required for meetings and business development.

Requirements

- Experience in Medical / Healthcare / Hospital / Pharma / MedTech industry.




- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Confident in interacting with doctors and senior healthcare professionals.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
- Willingness to travel when required.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and PowerPoint.

Preferred Candidates

Candidates with experience in medical sales, hospital relations, healthcare business development, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare services will be preferred.
