About the Opportunity

This role will act as the critical link between corporate planning, site engineering teams, and

external execution partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundational knowledge of construction materials, high commercial acumen, and the negotiation skills required to execute contracts smoothly and ensure timely material delivery.

Responsibilities

BOQ and Technical Validation:

- Analyze and verify the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and material indents received from the site engineering team against approved project budgets and blueprints.
- Cross-check material specifications and track site consumption to minimize wastage.

Vendor Management and Negotiation:

- Coordinate with established vendor network to handle procurement operations.
- Float Requests for Quotes (RFQs), evaluate submissions, and negotiate competitive commercial terms, credit cycles, and delivery schedules.

Commercial Matrix Preparation:

- Prepare data-driven Commercial Comparative Statements and cost-benefit analyses.
- Factor in complete landing costs including base prices, GST, freight, loading/unloading charges, and payment terms.

Logistics and Supply Chain Coordination:

- Work hand-in-hand with transporters and logistics teams to track dispatches and manage lead times.
- Ensure materials reach the construction site precisely on schedule to avoid any downtime for execution partners.

Documentation and Compliance:

- Issue accurate Purchase Orders (POs), track vendor invoices, and verify delivery challans against actual site receipts.




- Coordinate closely with the internal finance team to ensure smooth documentation for timely vendor payouts.

Requirements

- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Civil Engineering, Material Management, Commerce, or Supply Chain Management is preferred.
- Core procurement experience in a Real Estate Developer firm or construction industry is mandatory.
- Knowledge of primary construction materials (Cement, Steel TMT, Tiles, CP/Sanitary fittings, and Electricals).
- High proficiency in preparing comparative statements using MS Excel and handling standard real estate procurement software.
- Strong negotiation capabilities and sharp skilled communication skills to manage site teams and leadership stakeholders.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
