Job Summary

Diffrenz Business Solutions Pvt Ltd is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to manage paid acquisition and the complete digital marketing journey—from audience targeting and creative testing to landing pages, tracking, lead generation, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Manage Search, Display, YouTube, lead-generation, remarketing, and retargeting campaigns.
- Develop B2B audience targeting based on industry, company, job title, and target-account segments.
- Set up and monitor GA4, Google Tag Manager, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Meta Pixel, and UTM tracking.
- Monitor CPL, CAC, MQL, SQL, conversion rate, ROAS, and pipeline contribution.
- Work with the Growth, Content, and Creative teams to develop and test campaign creatives and messaging.
- Coordinate landing-page testing and conversion-rate optimization (CRO).
- Conduct A/B testing of audiences, creatives, offers, and landing pages.




- Identify underperforming campaigns and implement optimization strategies.
- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports.
- Align paid campaigns with the overall B2B marketing funnel and business objectives.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, Paid Media, or Digital Marketing.
- Strong experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- LinkedIn Ads experience is highly preferred.
- Positive knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, pixels, and UTM tracking.
- Understanding of B2B lead-generation and marketing funnels.
- Knowledge of CRO and landing-page optimization.
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
- Ability to understand campaign performance and take corrective action.
- Experience in B2B, IT, SaaS, technology, or lead-generation campaigns is an advantage.
