About the Role:
Jaywant Group is looking for an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead project execution, planning, quality, cost and overall site operations for civil construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end execution of civil construction projects.
- Plan project activities, resources and timelines.
- Monitor project progress, quality and costs.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors and project teams.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications and work schedules.
- Manage manpower, materials and site resources.
- Resolve site issues and ensure timely decisions.
- Monitor project billing, variations and cost control.
- Ensure quality, safety and statutory compliance.
- Prepare progress reports and update management.





Candidate Profile:

- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 10–15 years of experience in civil construction/project management.
- Strong experience in residential/commercial real estate projects preferred.
- Good knowledge of project planning, execution, billing and cost control.
- Strong leadership, coordination and problem-solving skills.
