Job Summary:

A Real Estate Cold Caller is responsible for proactively reaching out to potential property sellers and buyers to generate and qualify leads, set appointments for real estate agents, and identify selling opportunities. This role serves as the initial point of contact, utilizing outbound calls and provided scripts to engage prospects and gather essential information to support the sales pipeline within the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling & Lead Generation: Conduct high volumes of outbound cold calls daily to prospective clients using provided scripts and guidelines, actively identifying potential property sellers and buyers.

Lead Qualification & Appointment Setting: Qualify leads based on established criteria, gather pertinent information from prospects, and accurately set appointments for real estate agents or appraisals.

CRM Management & Documentation: Select appropriate dispositions for prospects and contacts within dialer systems, maintaining meticulous records of all interactions and client information to ensure data accuracy and facilitate follow-up.

Service Introduction & Opportunity Identification: Introduce real estate services to potential sellers, effectively communicate value propositions, and identify selling opportunities to contribute to the overall sales objectives.





Compliance & Quality Assurance: Adhere to communication scripts and protocols, ensuring all interactions are professional and compliant with company standards and industry regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or GED is required; some college coursework or an Associate's degree is a plus.

Experience: Minimum one (1) year of experience in a customer service, sales, or cold calling role, preferably within the real estate industry or a fast-paced call center environment.

Technical Skills: Proficient in using dialer systems and CRM software; basic computer literacy and strong typing skills are essential.

Interpersonal & Communication Skills: American accent is mandatory. Excellent verbal communication skills, a confident and persuasive phone presence, active listening abilities, and solid rapport-building skills. Ability to handle rejection professionally.

Reliability: Strong work ethic, self-motivated, with excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Shift Timings: Work shift timings from (5.30PM to 3.30AM Monday to Friday)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
