Business Development Executive (BDE) – Odoo / IT Services

HMRC is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team and help us expand our Odoo and IT services business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities for Odoo ERP and IT services.
- Find and connect with potential clients through LinkedIn, email, calls, social media, and other channels.
- Understand client business requirements and identify suitable Odoo solutions.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings with potential clients.
- Follow up with prospects and help convert opportunities into projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with the technical/Odoo team to understand requirements and prepare suitable proposals.
- Achieve monthly business development and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales opportunities.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




- Good convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Basic understanding of Odoo ERP, software services, or IT solutions is an advantage.
- Experience in B2B sales or IT business development is preferred.
- Freshers with solid communication skills and an interest in sales are also welcome to apply.
