About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant with excellent Excel skills and hands-on experience in accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or Odoo. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and provide accurate financial reports to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts (AP, AR, General Ledger, Bank Reconciliation).
- Prepare and verify financial statements, invoices, and supporting documents.
- Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance including filings.
- Conduct monthly closing activities and prepare MIS reports.
- Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
- Create and maintain Excel-based reports, dashboards, and data analysis for management.
- Monitor expenses and budget variances.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors for smooth audits.
- Utilize accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, or Odoo) for data entry, reporting,



and automation.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2–5 years of accounting experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, charts).
- Experience with Tally, Zoho Books, or Odoo ERP.
- Good understanding of Indian accounting standards, GST, and TDS compliance.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
- Valuable communication and organizational skills.

Preferred:

- Experience in handling multi-currency transactions.
- Knowledge of automation in Excel or ERP systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
