1. Required Skills & Qualifications Channel Partner Acquisition: Identify, acquire, onboard, and empanel recent MFDs, IFAs, brokers, sub-brokers, and other financial intermediaries.
2. Investment Sales: Drive monthly and quarterly investment targets through the channel network, including lumpsum and SIP/PTP investments.
3. Product Penetration: Increase adoption and investment volumes of the P2P product across the distributor network.
4. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with financial partners.
5. Partner Training: Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and regular engagement activities to help partners effectively pitch the product.
6. Sales Support: Work closely with channel partners throughout the sales cycle, including onboarding, documentation, transactions,
and issue resolution.
7. Market Development: Identify new business opportunities and expand the financial partner ecosystem within the assigned territory.
8. Market Intelligence: Track competitor offerings, market trends, and developments in the P2P lending and investment space.
9. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure channel activities and transactions are conducted in accordance with applicable company policies and RBI/NBFC regulatory guidelines.
10. Performance Tracking: Monitor partner performance, identify gaps, and implement strategies to improve investment volumes and partner productivity.
