Oversee and manage production operations, ensuring efficient workflows, high-quality standards, and smooth day-to-day production activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities.
- Ensure production targets and deadlines are achieved.
- Monitor product quality and maintain required standards.
- Manage production teams and coordinate daily tasks.
- Ensure effective use of materials, equipment, and resources.
- Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and monitor production schedules and performance.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in production management, preferably within the food/retail industry.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.

2- Bakery Chef





Oversee the preparation and production of bakery products while maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, hygiene, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and produce a variety of bakery products.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
- Manage daily bakery production according to demand.
- Follow recipes, production standards, and procedures.
- Monitor the quality and freshness of ingredients.
- Maintain proper food safety and hygiene standards.
- Organize and manage bakery production activities.
- Monitor inventory and minimize product waste.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of the bakery area and equipment.
- Train and supervise bakery team members when required.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Bakery Chef or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of bakery production techniques.
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to manage production efficiently and meet deadlines.
