Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Leader – Insurance P&C; to drive the marketing strategy, brand positioning, demand generation, and growth initiatives for the Property & Casualty insurance business.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in P&C; insurance, B2B marketing, digital marketing, GTM strategy, and stakeholder management.

Skills:-

- 16+ years of overall marketing experience with significant exposure to Insurance/P&C;.
- Strong understanding of the P&C; insurance value chain, products, customers, and market dynamics.
- Proven experience in B2B/B2B2C marketing and enterprise GTM.
- Strong communication, leadership, stakeholder-management, and strategic-thinking skills.
- Demonstrated ability to connect marketing initiatives with business growth and revenue outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the marketing strategy and GTM roadmap for P&C; insurance offerings.




- Build strong brand positioning and thought leadership across the insurance ecosystem.
- Drive demand generation, ABM, lead generation, and pipeline growth initiatives.
- Develop marketing programs targeting P&C; insurers, brokers, MGAs, and insurance technology stakeholders.
- Create compelling content, case studies, whitepapers, industry insights, and thought-leadership assets.
- Partner with Sales and Business teams to improve customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue contribution.
- Lead digital marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, webinars, events, and campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify current opportunities and market trends.
- Build relationships with industry analysts, partners, associations, and relevant insurance communities.
- Track marketing performance through pipeline, MQLs, conversion, ROI, CAC, and revenue metrics.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team while managing external agencies and partners.
