Role: US IT Recruiter

Location: Trichy , Banglore

Employment Type: Full-time

Shift: Night Shift (US Shift)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Analyze client requirements and identify qualified candidates based on technical and business needs.

Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, Indeed, CareerBuilder, JobDiva, and other sourcing platforms.

Conduct initial HR and technical screening calls to evaluate candidate qualifications, communication skills, and cultural fit.

Screen candidates for visa status, work authorization, location, rate expectations, and availability.

Coordinate technical and client interviews and manage interview scheduling.

Negotiate hourly rates, salaries, and employment terms with candidates.

Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals for current and future requirements.

Update candidate records and recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Ensure an excellent candidate experience while meeting client submission timelines.

Track recruitment metrics,



including submissions, interviews, offers, placements, and joinings.

Stay up to date with US staffing trends, visa regulations, and market salary benchmarks.

Required Skills:

1-5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.

Strong understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle.

Experience working with Direct Clients, MSP, VMS, or Implementation Partners.

Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and Boolean search techniques.

Positive knowledge of US work authorization, including US Citizen, Green Card, H-1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, TN Visa, and W2, BFSI, C2C, and 1099 employment types.

Excellent sourcing, screening, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet aggressive hiring deadlines.

Experience using ATS/CRM tools such as JobDiva, Ceipal, Bullhorn, or similar platforms.

Qualification: Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
