Role Description The UGC Intern role is a full-time remote position focused on creating and managing user-generated content across PPStack's digital platforms. The intern will support content planning and production for social media, community forums, and learning platforms, including brainstorming ideas, drafting scripts, and curating posts from learners and partners. Day-to-day tasks include collecting and organizing testimonials, reviews, and learner stories, as well as repurposing them into engaging short-form content, reels, and posts aligned with PPStack's brand voice.



The UGC Intern will collaborate with marketing and content teams to track content performance, support campaigns, and maintain a consistent presence across channels. The role may also involve basic research on EdTech and career trends, light editing, and assisting with content calendars and community engagement activities.
Qualifications

- Ability to create and curate engaging user-generated content for social media, community platforms, and learning environments.
- Basic skills in short-form content creation, scripting, and editing for digital channels (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to capture authentic learner stories, testimonials, and feedback and adapt them into explicit, compelling narratives.
- Familiarity with social media trends, online communities, and digital branding best practices, especially in education or career-focused spaces.
- Comfort using collaboration tools and content management platforms, with an organized approach to tracking assets and publishing schedules.
- Attention to detail, openness to feedback, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced EdTech environment.
- Interest in education, technology, and career development; prior experience with content creation, campus ambassadorship, or community management is a plus.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in communications, marketing, media, education, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
