Our Web Development team primarily builds up-to-date corporate websites using WordPress, with a strong focus on clean design, usability, responsive layouts, performance, and SEO.

Our Digital Marketing team works across SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Social Media Marketing. Designers, developers, and marketers work closely together to create websites and digital campaigns aligned with each client's business goals.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Web Designer with strong Figma, UI design, WordPress website design, and graphic design skills.

This is not a purely graphic-design role. The ideal candidate should be comfortable designing complete website layouts in Figma, understanding how WordPress websites are structured, creating responsive interfaces, and producing marketing creatives for digital campaigns and social media.

You will work closely with developers, digital marketers, and clients to convert business requirements into effective website designs and marketing creatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Design modern, responsive corporate and ecommerce website layouts in Figma.
- Design and refine interfaces for WordPress websites.
- Create homepage, inner-page, landing-page, and campaign-page UI designs.
- Convert client requirements, brand guidelines, and references into structured website designs.
- Work closely with developers to ensure the final website reflects the approved design.




- Review implemented pages and identify spacing, typography, responsiveness, alignment, and visual inconsistencies.
- Design website banners, icons, infographics, illustrations, and other digital assets.
- Create social media creatives including Instagram/Facebook posts, carousels, advertisements, and Reel graphics/covers.
- Create creatives and landing-page assets for Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Ensure website designs support SEO, usability, accessibility, conversion, and performance objectives.
- Create responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Participate in client discussions and understand design requirements.
- Present designs clearly and incorporate client and internal feedback.
- Handle multiple website and creative projects simultaneously while maintaining consistency and quality.

Required Skills

Candidates should have:

- Strong practical experience in Web Design and UI Design.
- Strong proficiency in Figma.
- Good experience designing websites intended for WordPress development.
- Strong understanding of responsive website design.
- Good graphic-design skills using tools such as:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Figma
- Experience creating social media creatives, advertisements, banners, and marketing graphics.
- Good understanding of:




- Typography
- Colour theory
- Layout and visual hierarchy
- UX principles
- Accessibility
- Responsive design
- Ability to follow and extend existing brand guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.

Preferred Experience

Preference will be given to candidates who have:

- Designed multiple WordPress corporate websites.
- Created complete website designs in Figma before development.
- Experience designing landing pages for lead-generation campaigns.
- Created social media creatives for brands or digital marketing agencies.
- Experience working in a web-development or digital-marketing agency.
- Experience designing ecommerce websites.
- Understanding of SEO-friendly website structure and conversion-focused design.

Portfolio Requirement

A portfolio is mandatory.

Applicants should be able to demonstrate:

- Complete website UI designs created in Figma.
- Live websites they have designed.
- Desktop and mobile responsive designs.
- Social media posts and carousels.
- Digital advertisements and campaign creatives.
- Landing-page designs.

Candidates whose portfolios primarily contain only logos, brochures, print designs, or illustrations without website UI work may not be suitable for this position.

Education

A degree or diploma in Web Design, Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field is preferred.

- However, strong practical experience and a good portfolio will be given greater importance than formal qualifications.
