Interior Site Supervisor

Experience: 3–5 Years | Industry: Residential Interiors | Location: Gurgaon/Delhi NCR

Key Responsibilities

* Handle and supervise site manpower, contractors and vendors.
* Plan daily site activities and ensure project timelines and schedules are met.
* Coordinate and execute residential interior work as per drawings and specifications.
* Strong practical knowledge of Civil, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry and Finishing works.
* Monitor workmanship, quality, material usage and site safety.
* Coordinate with designers, project managers and other teams for smooth execution.
* Identify and resolve site-related technical and execution issues.

Requirements

* 3–5 years of experience in residential interior site execution.
* Strong knowledge of complete interior execution and finishing.
* Positive manpower management, planning and coordination skills.
* Ability to independently manage day-to-day site activities.
* Diploma/B.Tech in Civil or relevant qualification preferred.
