About the Internship

FilmAmple is looking for a Human Resources Intern based in Pune/Mumbai to work closely with our team on the FilmAmple Campus Ambassador Program.

This internship will focus specifically on helping us build, onboard and manage a strong network of Campus Ambassadors across colleges and universities.

You will get hands-on experience in student recruitment, communication, coordination, onboarding and community building, while working directly with the FilmAmple team.

What You'll Do

- Help identify and reach out to potential Campus Ambassadors from colleges and universities.
- Assist with screening, communication and onboarding of suitable candidates.
- Coordinate with Campus Ambassadors and help them understand their roles, responsibilities and activities.




- Maintain regular communication with ambassadors and support the FilmAmple team in managing the Campus Ambassador community.
- Help develop ideas and processes to improve Campus Ambassador recruitment and engagement.

Who We're Looking For

- Currently pursuing a degree or recently graduated.
- Based in Pune/Mumbai.
- Interested in Human Resources, recruitment, student communities or people management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organised, responsible and reliable.
- Comfortable reaching out to students and communicating with different people.
- Someone who enjoys working with people and building communities.
