What You’ll Do:

- Lead the end-to-end design and development of scalable data pipelines and platforms.
- Architect data solutions in the cloud using Spark, Delta Lake, Data Lake, and Hive.
- Build optimized ETL/ELT processes and maintain database pipeline architectures for AI/ML readiness.
- Write complex, optimized SQL and work with RDBMS/OLAP systems like MySQL and Snowflake.
- Collaborate with Product, Business, and QA teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers, driving code quality, observability, and best practices.
- Ensure data governance, security, and continuous improvement in processes.

What We’re Looking For:

- 8+ years of hands-on experience in building distributed, resilient data pipelines.




- Solid proficiency in Python, Scala, and Spark.
- Expertise in Big Data technologies: Spark, Delta Lake, Data Lake, and Hive.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with Snowflake and MySQL.
- Knowledge of batch and streaming data processing.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, data lifecycle management, and service observability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
