Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce DevOps Engineer to streamline and automate Salesforce application development, testing, and deployment processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, Git-based version control, and release management, while collaborating effectively with development, QA, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce DevOps processes and CI/CD pipelines.
- Automate deployments across Salesforce environments using DevOps tools.
- Manage Salesforce metadata using SFDX, Git, and package-based development.
- Configure and maintain version control repositories using Git.
- Collaborate with Salesforce Developers, Architects, QA, and Administrators to ensure smooth releases.
- Perform code reviews and enforce Salesforce development best practices.
- Monitor deployment pipelines and troubleshoot build or deployment failures.
- Manage environment strategy, branching, merge conflicts, and release schedules.
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and change management processes.
- Document deployment procedures and DevOps standards.

Required Skills
- 4+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 2 years specifically in Salesforce DevOps.
- Strong hands-on experience with:




- Salesforce DX (SFDX)
- Git (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket)
- CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD)
- Salesforce DevOps platforms (e.g., Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, Flosum)

- Experience with Salesforce metadata deployment and package management.
- Solid understanding of branching strategies and release management.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
- Familiarity with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
- Copado Fundamentals/Administrator or Gearset certification.
- Salesforce Administrator certification.
- Experience with DevSecOps and automated testing.
- Knowledge of integration technologies (REST/SOAP APIs).

Good to Have
- Experience with Copado Robotic Testing (CRT).
- Experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub Enterprise.
- Knowledge of Salesforce CLI plugins and scripting (PowerShell/Bash).
- Experience with monitoring and deployment dashboards.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
