Freight Forwarding Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Freight Forwarding Sales Executive to join our team. This role is responsible for generating new business opportunities within the freight forwarding and logistics sector, focusing on building and maintaining solid relationships with shippers, exporters, importers, and corporate clients.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and approach potential clients, including shippers, exporters, importers, and corporate accounts.
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline.
- Sell Ocean Freight and Air Freight solutions.
- Understand customer requirements for Import, Export, and Third-Country Shipments.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, references, and market research.
- Conduct client meetings, deliver presentations, and perform regular follow-ups.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate freight rates and commercial terms with customers.




- Coordinate with operations and pricing teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and customer follow-up records.
- Support customers with solutions involving Customs, Transportation, and Warehousing.

Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in Freight Forwarding Sales.
- Proven experience in direct sales to shippers.
- Demonstrated success in generating new business and revenue.
- Solid understanding of Ocean Freight and Air Freight.
- Familiarity with Import and Export shipment processes.
- Strong client acquisition and relationship-management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
