Required Skills

- 4–6 years of experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing.
- Strong experience in US IT sourcing, screening, and candidate submissions.
- Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Boolean Search, and other sourcing platforms.
- Good understanding of US work authorization and visa categories.
- Strong knowledge of W2, C2C, and 1099.
- Experience recruiting for technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, AWS, Azure, DevOps, Data Engineering, QA, Cloud, and Cybersecurity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, follow-up, and candidate relationship-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve recruitment targets.
- Willingness to work in US Night Shift.
