Specific responsibilities include: -Ensure governance of store function on day-to-day basis. -Responsible for the generation of item code for technical items. -Timely preparation of GRN of received technical material. -Responsible for timely issuance of material and reservation posting. -To assist the Logistic for repair and maintenance as well as special requirement. -To maintain & update the documents, procedure, records, etc. of the technical store time to time. -To maintain the inventory of the general consumable's technical items. -Responsible for the stock verification of technical items. -Responsible for various invoice processing as per site procedure. -Responsible to manage the internal, third party and corporate audit. -Responsible for preparation, closure and conciliation of RGP as per site procedure. **Accountable for spares inventory management Specific responsibilities include:** -Ensure proper accounting of spares in SAP and other inventory accounting system. -Issue monthly Inventory report. -Circulate monthly pending RGP report to all the stack holders. **EHS responsibilities:** -To follow site EHS procedure and best practices -Read and understand relevant procedures and perform the work safely -Support site EHS in safety campaign,



Safety observations to prevent injuries -Follow the site PSM procedure and implement the PSM culture **Required Knowledge/Skills:** -SAP knowledge is strongly preferred -Written and verbal communication skills. -Co-ordination and collaboration with various vendors, Purchase and internal customers. **Required Experience:** Min.5 years of Store-in-charge experience.
