Roles & Responsibilities – Project Sales Manager

Generate leads through various channels including referrals, cold calling, digital platforms, and field activities.

Proactively follow up on leads, inquiries, and prospects to convert them into site visits.

Initiate and maintain communication with potential clients via calls, messages, and emails.

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable projects/properties accordingly.

Schedule and coordinate site visits with interested clients.

Accompany clients for site visits and provide complete project presentations and walkthroughs.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure trust and long-term engagement.

Drive end-to-end sales closure by effectively handling negotiations and objections.

Ensure timely conversion of prospects into confirmed bookings.





Achieve individual monthly/quarterly sales targets assigned by the management.

Maintain a strong sales pipeline and regularly update lead status in CRM or internal systems.

Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, CRM, and operations) for smooth sales processes.

Ensure proper documentation and compliance during the booking process.

Provide regular sales reports, updates, and forecasts to management.

Participate in promotional activities, events, and campaigns to generate business.

Maintain qualified conduct and represent the company positively at all times.

Continuously upgrade product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.

Work towards improving personal performance and contribute to overall team targets.
