Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Jewellery Sales Executive to assist customers in selecting jewellery, generate sales, build customer relationships, and achieve monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in the showroom.- Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget.- Explain jewellery designs, gemstones, diamonds, gold purity, pricing, and product features.- Present suitable jewellery products and recommend alternatives.- Handle enquiries, follow-ups, quotations, and sales conversions.- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.- Handle billing, order processing, exchange,



and related documentation accurately.- Coordinate with inventory and billing teams regarding product availability.- Maintain proper display and presentation of jewellery products.- Follow up with customers for future purchases and special occasions.- Maintain knowledge of recent collections, offers, market trends, and competitor products.- Ensure excellent customer service and a premium showroom experience.
Requirements
- Graduate or 12th pass; jewellery/fashion retail experience preferred.- 1–5 years of experience in jewellery, luxury retail, or showroom sales.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.- Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented personality.- Ability to work with sales targets.- Basic computer knowledge.- Knowledge of gold, diamonds, gemstones, and jewellery products is an advantage.

Salary
₹18,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Incentives, depending on experience and skills.
