1. Respond to customer questions and requests via live chat in a skilled and timely manner.

2. Offer accurate and detailed information about a company's products and services to help customers make informed decisions.

3. Accurately record all customer interactions and resolutions in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for future reference and reporting.

4. Strive to meet individual and team performance metrics, including response times and customer satisfaction levels.
