JOB DESCRIPTION :

Handle day-to-day SAP operations related to SD and MM modules.  Perform accurate data entry and transaction processing in SAP.  Manage Sales & Distribution (SD) related transactions and documentation.  Support Material Management (MM) activities including material-related entries and inventory transactions.  Process and maintain inward, outward, stock transfer and dispatch-related transactions in SAP.  Update and maintain material, stock and order-related records accurately.  Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, dispatch and operations teams for timely SAP updates.  Verify SAP entries against physical documents and operational records.  Generate and maintain required SAP reports and operational MIS.  Assist in resolving basic SAP transaction-related discrepancies.  Ensure timely and accurate completion of all assigned SAP activities.  Maintain proper documentation and follow company SOPs and operational processes.
