About BatteryPool BatteryPool is building reliable battery-swapping infrastructure to support the rapidly growing EV ecosystem. We are looking for a hands-on Technical Field Executive who can independently manage field operations, troubleshoot technical issues, maintain swapping/charging stations, and coordinate with field teams. n Key Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day technical operations of battery-swapping & charging stations. • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, battery, charger, BMS, and station-related issues. • Conduct regular station inspections and preventive maintenance. • Handle installation, electrical connections, testing, and commissioning. • Coordinate with vendors, technicians, and internal teams for repairs and technical support. • Monitor station performance and minimize downtime. • Maintain technical reports, maintenance records, and spare-parts inventory. • Guide and supervise junior technicians/TFE team members. • Escalate major technical issues with proper documentation. • Follow electrical safety standards and company SOPs. • Support station operations, collections, and other field activities when required.



• Travel across assigned locations for technical support and field visits. n Requirements • Diploma / ITI / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field. • 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in EV / Battery, charging infrastructure, electrical maintenance, or battery-swapping operations. • Robust knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, voltage/current measurement, troubleshooting, and safety. • Basic understanding of batteries, BMS, charging/discharging, and EV systems. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. • Ability to independently handle field-level technical issues. • Good communication and team coordination skills. • Willingness to travel extensively as required. • Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred. n What We’re Looking For A hands-on, responsible, and technically strong professional who can take ownership of field activities, troubleshoot issues independently, coordinate teams, and ensure BatteryPool stations remain operational with minimum downtime. n SEND YOUR RESUME [email protected] n CALL / WHATSAPS (phone hidden)
