Profile - Academic Coordinator
Location - Malleswaram, Bangalore and Badami (Willing to Travel)

Responsibilities -
Plan and Coordinate academic programs and schedules
Monitor curriculum implementation and syllabus completion
Support and supervise teachers in Academic matters
Prepare time table and academic calendar
Coordinate in examination and assessments activities
Maintain academic reports and records
Organize teacher meetings, workshop and Training Programs
Ensure quality teaching standards and classroom management
Monitor students academic progress and performance
Coordinate co curricular and academic enrichment activities
Communicate with parents regarding academic issue when required

Experience -
5-8 years of Teaching and Academic administration experience in schools and educational institutions

Qualifications -
PG with B.ed/M.ed
PhD Preferred

Skills
Leadership, Computer proficiency,academic planning, communication,report preparation and problem solving

Salary Range - 10-12 LPA or hike in their current salary
