Duties

- Creating and managing accounts for various in house applications
- Creation of New User accounts, account transfers
- Windows account maintenance
- Mainframe ID creation and provisioning of additional access
- Creation and modification of SecurID profiles on ACE server
- Active Directory and Exchange Administration
- Updating Web directory and Global Address Book.
- FTP/SEFT Account administration
- Outlook troubleshooting

Qualification and Eligibility

- At least 1 year of Helpdesk/ provisioning experience with good knowledge on Active Directory/Exchange.
- Should be a Team Player with multitasking and problem solving skills.
- Strong communication and Interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work in Shifts (24/7 workplace)
- Graduation or Diploma holder with all certificates in place

Technical Skills

- Experience on Active Directory and Exchange 2003 Administration
- Experience on Mainframe and SecurID provisioning is an added advantage.
- Should be well versed in handling Outlook/Lotus Notes issues
- Excel Reporting Skills
