Job Title: Python Developer (B3)

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Python Developer (B3) with 6 to 10 years of experience in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable applications and automation solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python programming, API development, database management, and cloud-native application development. The resource will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions while ensuring performance, security, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy Python-based applications and services.
- Develop RESTful APIs and microservices using frameworks such as Flask, FastAPI, or Django.
- Build and maintain reusable, scalable, and efficient code.
- Integrate applications with databases, third-party systems, and cloud services.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in development and production environments.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Develop automation solutions for business processes, infrastructure, and testing.
- Create technical documentation, design specifications, and support documents.
- Collaborate with DevOps and Cloud teams for CI/CD implementation and deployment automation.
- Ensure application security, performance optimization, and compliance requirements are met.

Required Skills

Programming & Frameworks

- Strong proficiency in Python 3.x
- Experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI




- Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts
- Multithreading and asynchronous programming

Database Technologies

- SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server)
- NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB)
- Database design, optimization, and query tuning

API Development

- REST API design and development
- JSON, XML, Swagger/OpenAPI
- Authentication mechanisms (OAuth2, JWT)

Cloud & DevOps

- Azure, AWS, or GCP exposure
- Docker and Kubernetes fundamentals
- CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins
- Git version control

Automation & Testing

- PyTest, Unit Testing
- Automation scripting
- Code quality tools (SonarQube, Pylint)

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Python certification or cloud certification is preferred.
- Experience working in enterprise environments.
- Understanding of Microservices Architecture and Event-Driven Systems.
- Exposure to AI/ML libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn is a plus.
