Job Description:

1. Define End-to-End AI User Journeys

- Analyze existing business processes and identify pain points and AI opportunities.

- Design future-state user journeys showing where AI should assist, automate, recommend, or escalate tasks to human users.

- Create seamless experiences across complex enterprise workflows.

2. Design Human AI Interaction Models

- Define how users interact with AI agents, assistants, and copilots.

- Design prompts, recommendations, suggested actions, confidence scores, evidence/citations, approvals, exception handling, and escalation mechanisms.

- Ensure transparency, trust, and effective human oversight within AI solutions.

3. Determine the Right Experience & Channel

- Evaluate whether use cases are best delivered through:

- Microsoft Teams

- Conversational AI / Chat Interfaces

- Enterprise Web Applications

- Dashboards

- Embedded Experiences

- Hybrid Interaction Models

- Recommend the most effective interaction patterns rather than defaulting to a specific technology.

4. Develop Personas, Wireframes & Prototypes





- Create user personas and persona-based journey maps.

- Develop wireframes, workflows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.

- Validate concepts through stakeholder reviews, usability testing, and user feedback before development investment.

5. Create Reusable AI UX Patterns

- Establish reusable design standards and experience patterns for:

- AI Recommendations

- Confidence Indicators

- Evidence & Citations

- Notifications & Alerts

- Feedback Mechanisms

- Human Approval Workflows

- Agent Hand-offs & Escalations

- Contribute to AI design systems and UX standards.

6. Collaborate Across Product & Engineering Teams

- Work within cross-functional teams from discovery through implementation.

- Partner with Product Owners, Architects, AI Engineers, Business Analysts, and Delivery teams.

- Support usability testing, iterative improvements, accessibility compliance, and continuous product enhancement.
