Key Responsibilities

- Platform Architecture: Architect and implement high-availability platform software on contemporary CPU, DPU, GPU, FPGA, and ASIC architectures.

- Data Path Acceleration: Drive user-space data plane acceleration utilizing DPDK, VPP, SR-IOV, eBPF/XDP, and RDMA.

- System Optimization: Lead root-cause analysis for NUMA imbalance, interrupt storms, packet drops, pod networking, and PTP/1588 time synchronization issues.

- Delivery Leadership: Manage end-to-end platform software delivery, sustenance, and customer support for virtualized/cloud-native network functions.

Required Qualifications

- Experience: 12+ years in 4G/5G platform software engineering, alongside experience managing multi-functional technical teams.

- Networking & Synchronization: Deep technical knowledge of Ethernet, IP, eCPRI, PTP (IEEE 1588 / G.8275.1), IPsec, SCTP, and GTP-U.

- Cloud & O-Cloud Architecture: Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, RedHat OpenShift, and O-RAN WG6 (O2 interface, AAL profiles).

- Software & Hardware Acceleration: Mastery of C/C++, Python, multi-threaded system design, SmartNIC/DPU offloading, and Linux performance tuning.
