Job Description:

- Robust hands-on experience in OIM development and administration, including event handlers, custom connectors, SOA workflows, scheduled jobs, and integrations.

- 8-10 years of IAM experience, with at least 5 years focused on OIM (11gR2 / 12c).

- Expertise in integrating OIM with AD, LDAP, databases, cloud applications, and enterprise systems.

- Robust Java/J2EE and ADF development background.

- Experience leading teams and delivering complex IAM engagements.

- Knowledge of DevOps toolchains (Git, Jenkins, Maven, BitBucket) is preferred.
