What You’ll Be Working On

This role will primarily focus on Talent Acquisition (~70%), along with Generalist HR, Employee Engagement & Culture (~30%).

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing end-to-end Talent Acquisition and recruitment activities.

• Sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and driving hiring processes.

• Planning and executing employee engagement activities, celebrations, and monthly fun initiatives.

• Planning,



coordinating and executing monthly L&D; initiatives.

• Supporting HR operations, administration, and employee-related activities.
