About the Role

We're looking for a Content Production Executive to own end-to-end content production from strategy and scripting through publishing and performance analysis. You'll work cross-functionally with design, video, and marketing teams to ship high-volume, high-impact content across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Own the content production lifecycle: research, strategy, scripting, coordination, publishing, and performance tracking

Produce marketing assets at volume reels, scripts, carousels, captions, graphics, and campaign creatives

Plan and manage editorial calendars across multiple brands/verticals

Execute multi-platform content strategies to drive audience engagement and growth

Collaborate with designers, video editors, and marketing teams on integrated campaigns





Ensure brand consistency across all creative output

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in content production, content strategy, or social media operations

Proven track record shipping high-volume content (100+ assets/quarter type output)

Solid scriptwriting and content planning skills

Experience managing multiple brands or workstreams simultaneously

Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication, Mass Comm, Marketing, or related field

Portfolio (Behance or similar) demonstrating creative range

Nice to Have

Experience across B2B content

Track record of measurable engagement lift from content campaigns
