**Key Responsibilities:** **1. Operations Supervision** + Oversee daily restaurant and service operations + Ensure smooth service during breakfast, lunch, and dinner periods + Monitor table setup, cleanliness, and service standards **2. Guest Service** + Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction at all times + Handle guest complaints and special requests professionally + Engage with guests to enhance dining experience **3. Team Management** + Supervise, train, and motivate F&B; associates + Conduct daily briefings and assign duties + Monitor team performance and grooming standards **4. Service Standards** + Ensure adherence to IHG / Holiday Inn Express SOPs + Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards + Ensure proper service etiquette and sequence of service **5. Coordination** + Coordinate with kitchen team for timely food service + Work with housekeeping and engineering for maintenance and cleanliness + Ensure proper communication between departments **6. Inventory & Control** + Monitor stock levels of food, beverages,
