About the Role
Nutralike Group is looking for a Purchase Executive with 2–3 years of experience in packaging
material procurement, preferably from the nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, FMCG, or similar
manufacturing industry.
The candidate will be responsible for managing packaging material purchases, vendor coordination,
price negotiation, purchase orders, and ensuring timely availability of materials for production.
Key Responsibilities Procure packaging materials such as bottles, jars, caps, labels, cartons, boxes, pouches, foils,
shippers, etc. Identify and coordinate with existing and new vendors for packaging requirements. Obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate rates, and finalize commercial terms. Create and release Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely delivery. Coordinate with Production, Planning, Stores, QA and Accounts teams for material
requirements. Monitor purchase orders and follow up with vendors for delivery schedules.



Ensure materials are procured as per required quality, specifications and timelines. Maintain vendor records, purchase data, quotations and other procurement documentation. Support vendor development and evaluate vendor performance. Handle shortages, delays, quality issues and other procurement-related concerns. Maintain proper purchase records and MIS reports.
Required Skills 2–3 years of experience in Purchase / Procurement, preferably in packaging materials. Experience in Nutraceutical / Pharmaceutical / FMCG manufacturing will be preferred. Good knowledge of packaging materials and specifications. Robust vendor management and negotiation skills. Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/SAP/Tally or similar systems. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple purchase requirements and follow up effectively.
Preferred Candidate Profile Graduate in any discipline; B. Com / BBA / MBA (Purchase/Operations) will be an
advantage. Candidates currently handling packaging procurement in a manufacturing company will be
preferred. Should be commercially aware, detail-oriented and good at vendor follow-ups.
