Position: Senior Ecommerce Executive Location: Malappuram, Kerala Qualification: Any Degree Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in handling marketplaces of Amazon India/Amazon UAE/Flipkart/Noon. Experience handling multiple ecommerce marketplaces will be preferred. Hands-on experience with platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Noon, Trendyol, Carrefour, or similar marketplaces is an advantage. Valuable knowledge of product listing and order management. Salary : 6 LPA ( Negotiable as per experience) Responsibilities:
- Manage Amazon, Flipkart, Noon, Trendyol, Carrefour, and other ecommerce platforms.
- Create and update product listings.
- Check product prices, offers, discounts, and promotions.
- Manage customer orders, returns, cancellations, and refunds.
- Check and update stock/inventory.
- Coordinate with warehouse, accounts, marketing, and other teams.
- Monitor product ratings, reviews, sales, and performance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Solve marketplace-related issues.
- Support the team in increasing online sales.
