Position: Sales Officer Location: Aluva, Kerala
CTC: Up to 3.6 LPA
Experience: 2–4 years of experience in FMCG Sales / Field Sales Key Responsibilities: * Achieve monthly & annual sales targets
* Manage distributors, dealers & retailers
* Develop and expand the distribution network
* Conduct regular market visits and improve product availability
* Drive secondary sales and retail coverage
* Ensure product visibility and merchandising
* Identify current business opportunities and expand market penetration
* Monitor competitor activities and market trends
* Maintain strong relationships with channel partners
* Prepare regular sales and market reports Ideal Candidate Experience in General Trade (GT) preferred
Strong exposure to Distributor & Retailer Management
Good knowledge of Aluva / Ernakulam market will be an advantage
Target-oriented with strong communication & negotiation skills
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred
