We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team at ARYAANYA PMC. The role will oversee end-to-end execution of construction projects across Ahmedabad and project sites, ensuring delivery within timeline, budget, and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

- Project Planning & Execution – lead planning from mobilization to handover, prepare and monitor schedules, and ensure milestone-based completion.

- Contractor & Consultant Management – manage contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and coordinate with architects and client teams.

- Project Monitoring & Reporting – track progress against baseline schedule, review reports, identify risks and corrective actions, and report status to senior management and clients.

- Quality Management – ensure compliance with technical specifications, monitor material quality, conduct audits and inspections, and drive defect‑free execution.

- Budget & Cost Control – monitor costs,



review contractor billing, track cost variations, and support cost‑saving initiatives.

- Safety & Compliance – enforce site safety, conduct safety audits, and promote a secure working environment.

- Client & Stakeholder Management – act as primary client interface, conduct review meetings, manage expectations, and resolve escalations.

Required qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).

- Residential/Commercial project experience.

- High‑rise building execution experience.

- Contractor and consultant coordination experience.

- Project planning and monitoring exposure.

- Team handling experience.

Nice to have

- PMP Certification.

- PMC background.

- Multi‑project management experience.
