Role Overview
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with B.Ed / NTT / ECCE / Montessori Diploma (mandatory).
- Specialization or training in primary education preferred.
- Minimum 1-3 years of teaching experience in a school setting.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to engage young learners with creativity and patience.
- Proficiency in classroom management and student-centered teaching practices.
Skills & Attributes
- Passionate about teaching and child development.
- Organized, responsible, and proactive.
- Comfortable using basic educational technology and digital platforms.
