Key Responsibilities:
- Handle WhatsApp chats promptly and professionally
- Respond to customer queries regarding products, pricing, availability, and timelines
- Attend and assist walk-in customers at the store
- Explain product details, customisation options, and process clearly to customers
- Take complete responsibility for orders - from enquiry to order confirmation
- Coordinate order details with internal team (design/production/logistics)
- Maintain proper records of customer details, orders, and follow-ups
- Provide after-sales support and address customer concerns or complaints
- Ensure timely updates to customers regarding order status
- Maintain a polite, patient, and customer-friendly attitude at all times

Required Skills & Qualities:
- Good communication skills (Tamil & English preferred)
- Experience in customer handling or sales support is an advantage
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, basic mobile apps, and records
- Responsible, organised, and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle multiple customers calmly
- Willingness to take ownership and accountability for orders

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
