nExperience: 4–7 years of hands-on Scan-to-BIM modeling/Revit MEP
nWhat you'll do:

- n
- Model building elements from registered point cloud data to LOD 300–400 within your discipline.n
- Act as sub-team lead for a small group of mid/junior modelers — review their work before QC submission.n
- Ensure models meet accuracy tolerances against the point cloud and follow project standards/parameters.n
- Support clash resolution and coordination with other disciplines.n
- Flag point cloud data quality issues to the CDE Coordinator.n

nWhat we're looking for:
n
- n
- Diploma/Bachelor's in a relevant engineering/architecture field.n
- 4+ years of Revit modeling experience, including Scan-to-BIM from registered point clouds.n
- Solid understanding of LOD 300–400 deliverable requirements.n
- Ability to review and guide the work of junior modelers.n

nSoftware: Revit, Recap Pro, Navisworks, AutoCad.
