Description
- Perform Duties as per MMR 1961.
- Plan, supervise, and execute blasting operations in accordance with safety standards
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and transportation of explosives.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures before blasting.
- Supervise and manage mining operations during the assigned shift to ensure smooth production
- Ensure consistent quality and adequate quantity of limestone delivered to the plant in compliance with quality and production targets
- Allocate manpower and machinery effectively for optimum productivity
- Prepare daily reports related to HEMM utilisation, productivity and cost
