Job Description:

Marketing Strategy:
- Implements an effective business strategy of HART to identify and expand the target customer base.
- Builds a strategy to ensure an increase in visibility of HART to the target segment like prospective customers, potential employees or other market influencers to achieve the desired growth.
- Works on new verticals beyond Aluminum and on current demography's in the domestic and International markets for increase in business volume

Plans & Proposals:
- Plans resources and Infrastructures utilisation in line with deliverables
- Develops proposals in consultation with the CEO keeping in mind all price inputs.
- Ensures profitability analysing the scope of work vis a vis cost of operations and regularly coordinates with CFO for all cost points.

Research for Business:
- Drives extensive research to match HART’s expertise in new areas of business for sustained business with same infrastructure
- Provides inputs to Technology research papers for new solutions in this line of business for brand awareness.

Profitability & Customer Retention:




- Strategizes with CEO and CFO on the Revenue model and profitability of the projects
- Strategizes on best solutions at optimum cost for returns on business acquired
- Ensures regular relations with all customers for addressing their issues and queries if any
- Supervises the team for their regular visits and follow up with customers for any concern they raise.

Market Intelligence:
- Ensures marketing expenses are aligned to the designated budget and tries to generate savings through creative thinking, negotiations and partnerships.
- Plans travels and business development aligned with the business strategy of HART to identify and expand the target customer base.
- Develops mechanism to collect market intelligence reports and establishes framework to convert the same to meaningful input for the company.
- Analyzes market research data to understand market trends and solutions provided for business
