- 10+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure / Cloud Operations / Technical Project Management
- Proven experience in managing hybrid cloud and enterprise infrastructure environments
- Hands-on or governance-level exposure to:
- Azure / AWS / GCP
- Azure VMware Solution (AVS)
- AIX on Skytap
- Linux (RHEL) server environments
- Oracle & DB2 database infrastructure ecosystems

- Experience in:
- SLA/KPI management and reporting
- Vulnerability management & patch governance

- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to operate in highly governed, audit-driven enterprise environments
