Key Skill Requirements

- Years of hands-on experience in Copado DevOps and Release Management. (Must have)
- Years of Salesforce platform exposure/experience. (Must have)
- Robust understanding of DevOps processes, deployment strategies, and automation frameworks.
- Experience in handling end-to-end release management activities. (Must have)
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders and project teams.
- Candidate should be capable of independently managing deployments, automation, and release cycles. (Must have)
- Lead/manager-level resource expected to work as an Individual Contributor (IC).

Certification Requirement
- Copado Certification Level 1 or Level 2 is preferred(Nice to have).

Roles & Responsibilities




- Manage and oversee release planning, deployment, and automation activities.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, development teams, QA, and support teams.
- Ensure smooth CI/CD and DevOps process execution within Salesforce ecosystem.
- Handle release governance, risk mitigation, and deployment validations.
- Drive process efficiency and maintain deployment quality standards.

- Technical round and Final discussion - in person (Chennai)

- Candidate should possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
